FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Mirch Masala Restaurant located in Delta BC is looking for Food Service Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Job Duties are as follows:

-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food.

-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

-Establish methods to meet work schedules.

-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Following are the Job Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school completion is required

-Completion of a community college program in food service administration, restaurant management will be an asset

– Minimum two years of experience in food industry is required.

Salary: $15.85 per hour for 40 hours/week / 8 hours/day
