FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

SPY CASTLE FOOD SERVICES LTD. DBA THE BARONS MANOR PUB located in Surrey, B.C is looking for Full Time Food Service Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Job Duties are as follows:

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food.

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules.

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Following are the Job Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school completion is required

·         Completion of a community college program in food service administration, restaurant management will be an asset

·         Minimum one year of experience in food industry is required.

Salary: $15.00 per hour for 40 hours per week for 8 hours per day

Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
