Manager, Sales and Marketing

Salary: $43.27/hour for 32 - 42 Hours/Week

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Education: Other Trade Certificate or Diploma

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: 123 Geneva Street, St. Catharines

Job duties:

Effectively promote the company in order to generate sales

Understand regional characteristics of consumption dynamics deeply and grasp dining information of guests timely

Be responsible for establishing and implementing restaurants' marketing targets, actively do well in guests' return visits, discover new guests, and expand the corporate brands

Cooperate with departments to complete guests' relevant information, such as reservation, promotion, communication, etc.

Formulate overall marketing development strategies and implementation plans

Frequently visit restaurants to inspect the effect of efficiency and effectiveness

Comply with the rules and policies formulated by the company

Cooperate with restaurant managers to follow up guests' complaints and handle good relationship among stakeholders

Be able to supervise as many as 15 staff
