Job duties
- Preparing and portioning pizza dough,
- Cooking various kinds of pizzas and calzones
- Train other kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain records of food and order the kitchen inventory and equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Recruit and hire other kitchen helpers.
