Regional Sales Manager
Anewtex Inc is located in Markham, ON, Canada and is part of the Women's Clothing Manufacturing Industry. We are currently in search of an experienced regional sales manger to fulfill our future goal . We are expecting to open a new markets in China as well as in UK. We are looking to diverse our business segments, and generate higher profits. So we are urgently seeking for an experienced regional sales manager to bring the team to steps in these markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine sales targets and develop sales plans related to product lines in China and UK markets
- Analyze regional sales trends, suggest the best approaches to meet sales targets and implement sales strategies
- Develop effective pricing strategy and key clients relationships in China and UK; establish regional sales policies and procedures
- Communicate and execute sales team’s vision; direct sales activities and share effective practices
- Recruit, train and coach sales staff to improve their performance; conduct performance evaluation
- Establish annual sales goals for sales staff and regional distributors; lead sales team in achieving goals related to regional budgets
- Oversee the ordering and shipping of apparel products according to regional needs
- Keep abreast of market trends, regional competition and consumer attitudes in the apparel industry
Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experiences.
- Knowledge and experience in China and UK apparel markets.
- The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Chinese (Prefer)
- Salary: $48/Hr for 40 working hours per week
- This is a Permanent full time position
