Main duties:



  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applications

  • Advising job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment

  • Reviewing candidate inventories and contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews and transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel

  • Recruiting graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions

  • Co-ordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates

  • Notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers

  • Advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

  • Organizing and administering staff consultation and grievance procedures

  • Negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process

  • Determining eligibility to entitlements, arrange staff training and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs


Employment requirements:


·         The candidate must be high school Graduate.


·         Several years of related experience is required.


·         Bachelors degree in business administration or related field will be an asset.
