Job Duties:

 

• Work closely with internal business stakeholders, technical and external vendor resources on assigned tasks.
• Evaluating and analyzing the organizational structure, systems, procedures, and policies to find shortcomings of the organization, proposing improvements and methods with leaders, assisting the development of objectives, strategies and plans.
• Responsible for analyzing and support the systems and process of Vision AI in order to achieve high efficiency including understand, analyse and recommend associated changes to business practices.
• Analyzing and providing solutions related to partner valid distribution system and streamline internal business processes, including gather internal and external business requirements, and business procedures from multiple sources, propose enhancements to the management team.
• Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment.
• Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as operations, human resources, records management and communications.
• Prioritize and progressively elaborate stakeholder and solution requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document the analysis outcome using formal techniques such as workflow diagramming, Use case analysis, process mapping and conceptual information/data modeling among others.
• Lead solution demos to the business stakeholders including senior management.
• Analyze and develop a good understanding of current processes to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the customer and the project team.
• Analyze, identify and assess business opportunities and address key business challenges.

 

Qualifications:

 

• A minimum of Master education
• Excellent understanding and communication skills under Chinese business norms.
• 5 years or more of experiences working as a business analyst with IT teams or companies
• 5 years or more of experiences with date management and using project quality assurance management tools
• 5 years or more of experiences participating and or leading team meetings.

 

Compensation:

 

• The compensation for this position is $42 CAD per hour on Minimum 35 hour work week Monday to Friday
