Duties

• Preparing dough for pies, bread-rolls, etc; batters for cookies and muffins
• Operate all machinery necessary for baking
• frosting and decorating cakes and other baked goods
• Scaling and mixing all ingredients according to the recipes
• Ensure quality is maintained and safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment at the end of the shift and maintain a clean work area at all times
