Project Administration Officer at Proud Refrigerators Inc.


Proud Refrigerators Inc. (dba Proud Refrigerator) is a distributor of commercial food and restaurant equipment including sushi machines, commercial refrigerators, freezers and ovens, cooking and beverage equipment, sinks and dishwashers, food warmers, holding cabinets, and so on. Also, we provide lease and rental services to customers on account. With the recent business growth, we are currently looking for a Project Administration Officer, who can support the employer with administrative operations related to project planning and administrative management procedures, to join our team. The detailed information of this position is as follows:


Position: Project Administration Officer

Wage: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Work Location: 2725 Lake City Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5A 2Z6

Job Duties:

  • Manage and co-ordinate administrative operations related to project planning and administrative management processes;

  • Manage the Project Schedule from project establishment to product launch, ensure deadlines are met;

  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and inventory management relating to each projects;

  • Arrange office services such as equipment and maintenance relating each projects;

  • Examine and determine the advancement of different projects to know which administrative procedures are required to follow;

  • Collect data relevant to the company projects and submit monthly, weekly report to the employer;

  • Keep administer policies and procedures updated as needed and inform all related staff;

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required;

  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;

  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills;

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
