Bimi Japanese Restaurant is looking for a full-time cook. Please refer to the job description below:

 

Wages:  $15.00 Hourly

 

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (at least 30 hours per week)

 

Language: English

 

Experience:  at least one year of work experience

Job Description:

 

Prepare and cook, fry Japanese and Korean hot food or individual dishes and foods from the menu

Train kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling of food

 Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

Organize and manage buffets and banquets

Inspect kitchens and food service areas, clean kitchen, and work areas

 Check and order food supplies

 Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
