Position: 40 hr/ week; Permanent Full Time
Language: English
Education: College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years or more.
Work Setting: Employer's Office; may need to go for appointments.

Specific Skills

• Talking to the clients and understanding their needs.
• Answering written and oral inquiries and recording them.
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies as per their requirements and market trend.
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material for businesses.
• Develop, evaluate and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media.
• Plan, prepare and deliver educational and publicity programs and informational materials as needed.
• Act as a spokesperson for an organization; Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
• Gather, research and prepare communications material.
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions as per the need of the hour and demand of the client
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs for increasing sales.
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of website content and press releases.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments for the smooth flow of communication.
