The Land Services Group is a cloud-based Real Estate Brokerage consisting of established professionals who specialize in commercial land development in Toronto and the GTA, and soon expanding to other Canadian provinces and overseas.

Job requirements

The idea candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3 years to less than 5 years) and a valid driver's licence.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires working under pressure with tight deadlines and attention to details.

We require someone who is client focus, and has excellent oral communication. Someone who is organized and has effective interpersonal skills, a team player with excellent written communication and initiative.

Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visio is required.

The candidate shall have good level of experience in the following:

Cloud, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Business intelligence, Networking software, Networking hardware, Intranet, Internet, Servers, Security software, Multimedia software, Word processing software, Presentation software, Mail server software, Communication software, Project management software, Programming software, HTML editing software, Website creation and management software, Web service design, Desktop publishing software, Database software, Software development, Spreadsheet.

Specific Skills

The candidate shall be able to conduct the following in addition to general skills and knowledge:

Confer with clients to identify and document requirements, Conduct business and technical studies, Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery, Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
