As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee and lead the operation of marketing department, establish department goals, and determine standard operating policies and procedures
- Identify clients’ marketing requirements and achieve their marketing goals
- Allocate company’s marketing resources to meet clients’ marketing objectives
- Establish and implement marketing plans and strategies to attract public interest and generate new business leads
- Evaluate established marketing activities, make adjustment to current branding and marketing strategies for better marketing results
- Help our clients manage their online presence and lead their digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct marketing research, develop public opinion surveys to learn market trend and preferences of targeted groups
- Implement and oversee marketing campaigns, prepare report for clients and management review
- Oversee preparation of traditional and digital marketing materials
- Maintain working relationship with cooperating media
- Promote and organize marketing related activities and/or events
- Resolve issues arise during the marketing process
- Hire, train and assign duties/marketing projects to marketing staff
Skills & Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or related field is required;
2. Two to three years of experience as a marketing manager required;
3. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and being organized to lead several campaigns at the same time;
4. High attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse and collaborative environment;
5. Capability to undertake research findings using variety of sources.
