Additionally, the café location has breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, promising "an authentic French experience."
We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, who can help elevate the experience for customers here at PAUL, by supervising our front of house and back of house teams.

Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Supervise kitchen staff and serving staff; coordinate the flow of communication between back of house and front of house; and ensure that the quality of food and customer experience consistently meets PAUL’s standards
- Maintain inventory count and records; order supplies and ingredients for front and back of house; and schedule for shipments and deliveries
- Handle escalated customer’s complaints and look to improve their experience at PAUL if needed
- Hire and train staff for both front and back of house positions, ensuring the understanding of health and safety regulations from PAUL corporation and local authorities
- Prepare front and back of house’s work schedules and provide input in the development of PAUL’s workplace procedures
- Advise staff on culinary genre offered by PAUL and appropriate recommendations for customers when asked
- Prepare budget, sales, and cost estimate reports for the Restaurant Manager
- Communicate food order summaries and feedback from customers to the Chef, allowing for innovations and improvements as necessary
Qualification:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR 3+ years of experience in food preparation or service are required
- Excellent dependability and time-management are required
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills are required
