Job duties

• Slice cooked meats
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Display meats, poultry and fish products
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
• Perform quality inspections and maintain cleanliness all the time
• Adhering to food safety procedures
