Window Cleaning Supervisor - High rise

We are looking to hire a "Window Cleaning Supervisor- Highrise" for our company. This role requires a dedicated and reliable candidate who possesses management skills and previous experience in a similar role.

Hours:
35-45 hours/ week

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of window cleaner technicians.
• Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
• Responsible for management of service representatives.
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities of cleaning technicians.
• Perform cleaning duties, when required.
• Trains cleaning technicians in methods and procedures for High-rise cleaning and proper operation of equipment.
• Monitor job site productivity for assigned locations and contracts. Ensure labour costs are maintained within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills, client service skills, organizational and time management skills.
• Works well independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
• Knowledge of work procedures and safe work practices.
• Comprehension of both written and verbal English.
• Experience as a high-rise window cleaner including Bosun chair and suspended stage.
• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor role is required.
• IRATA certification
• Valid driver’s license.
• Post-secondary education or similar experience is highly desirable.
• Education – High School Graduate or GED
