Job Description
- Prepare and cook shared and individual Korean & Japanese noodles, rice and soup dishes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Estimate food requirements through inventory records
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, order if necessary
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Plate portions of food
- May train and hire kitchen staff

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $16.00/hr for 30 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: Completion of Secondary School
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial food preparation
Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
