Implementation Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $40 per hour, for 32 -40 hours per week

Location: Kleinburg, ON

Language: English

Education: Completion of college or higher

Experience: 3 years or more

Duties:

1) Deliver and proivde professional administation service to the General Manager and colleagues in Group Safety & Risk Management (GSORM)
 
2) Ensure compliance to company's requirement and conformance on Safety, Security and Quality

3) Supervise administration officers and deputize officers when required

4) Handle financial affairs such as input the overtime claims for Group Security Operation Team, issue purchase order to procure items for office, settle invoices, budget control, etc.

5) Assist GSORM support services to conduct the ad-hoc projects, case investigations and report retrieval

6) Maintain the filing system in GSORM and make sure updated addendum attached to the IATA manuals
