Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience:7 months to less than 1 year
• Applicant has First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Security and Safety: Medical Exam, Criminal Record Check
• Transportation/Travel Information:Public transportation is available
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically Demanding
• Work Location: Work in employer's home

Job Responsibilities:

• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children,
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
• Keep records of daily activities &health information regarding children,
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development,
• Organize,activities such as games and outings for children,
• Supervise and care for children,
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals,
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods,
• Maintain a safe and healthyenvironment in the home,
• Take children to and from school and to appointments,
• Tend to emotional well-being of children,and
• Help children with homework

Additional Skills:

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, shop for food and household supplies
