Job requirements
Education: College diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of administrative management experience
Specific Skills:

Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

Creating long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficiently

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions; Analyzing budgets to minimize expenses without sacrificing profits

Coordinating with other teams to implement strategies and cross-training efforts

Developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated

Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with government legal regulations

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Creating presentations and communicating with executives about plans and strategies

Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings

Conducting interviews with prospective candidates

Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues

Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
