Administrative Manager
Job Duties
• Assist with personnel issues and administration of personnel policies
• Overseeing and implementing end to end administrative procedures, budget preparation, and provisioning
• Supervise team staff in financial administration works such as banking, billing, invoicing and so on
• Plan, direct and control administrative procedures and company’s normal operation;
• Approve employees’ vacation/day-off/sick leave request
• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, or other administrative services
• Keeping and appropriately filing administrative financial records
• Organizing and controlling the operations of a department by providing administrative services
• Plan, estimate and control budgets for supplies, contracts, purchasing activities, human resources or other related
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Implementing relevant internal policies and procedures
• Preparing operations briefs for management
• Maintaining sufficient inventory of supplies
Experience and Education
• Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years with College/Graduate
Requirements
• Requires the knowledge about computer application (MS Office, MS Outlook)
• Ability to Supervise 3-4 people
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Salary, working hours
$ 41.10 per hour 30 hours per week
