Position – Office Administrator
Location Delta, BC V4C 2Y8
Salary: $26.50 / hour
Number of Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours / week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education
Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate

Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures,
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met,
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation,
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls,
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence,
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in business equipment and computer applications (Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office)
• Positive and co-operative attitude
• Excellent oral & written communication
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people
