Permanent Position: We require 1 permanent full-time Bookkeeper
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Wage Rate: $25.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Job Duties:
• Post journal entries
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting report
• Prepare tax returns
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in business equipment and computer applications (Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office)
• Positive and co-operative attitude
• Excellent oral & written communication
