Administrative Officer Position at Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’


Employer: Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’


Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’ is a consulting agency providing both immigration and education consulting services. Currently, we are seeking an administrative officer who has a passion for both Immigration and International education markets and who can assist team’s administrative works. He/She will perform various administrative duties to assist smooth daily operation of Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’.


 


Position: Administrative Officer                                        


Wage: $26.50 – $27.50 per hour (Depending on working experience)


Working hours: 30 hours per week


Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent


Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible


Position Available: 1


Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay + Five Paid Sick days per year


Work Location: #505-666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C. Canada, V6C 3P6


Duties:



  • Monitor, review, co-ordinate and evaluate administrative procedures and recommend and implement new procedures for continuous improvements;

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative work of team members, monitor workload, assign administrative tasks, and provide direction and problem-solving support;

  • Handle administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operation of Immigration Management ‘Si-Won;

  • Manage the administrative operations in contracting and invoicing and oversee overall office administrative systems required for daily operation

  • Organize and approve services for the office including equipment maintenance/repair service, collecting and distributing keys, replacing office supplies.

  • Support and assist in budgeting and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;


 


Qualification:



  • Completion of secondary education is required;

  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;

  • Working knowledge of English is required;

  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
