Job Description:
- To Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and Pizza, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- To Bake mixed doughs and batters.
- To Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
- To Ensure the quality of products that meets established standards.
- To maintain the production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
- To Purchase and order the baking supplies
- To May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- To May hire, train and supervise other kitchen staff
