Food Store Supervisor

1 Full-time permanent Food Store Supervisor ( NOC 6211 ) position available at H & M Cuisine Inc. ( O/A Lazeez Shawarma ), located at 2427 Trafalgar Rd., Suite A-3, Oakville, ON, - L6H 6K7 Canada

Main Duties to be completed as per the NOC 6211:

• Supervise and co-ordinate front and backend staff and cashiers
• Assign  workers various duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of store material
• Supervise and overlooking food sales to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order raw material for the store
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and inventory
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.

Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Previous one year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$20 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
