CAREGIVER NEEDED

Location: ABBOTSFORD, BC, Canada, V2T 5K6
Wage: $16.50/Hour for 40 Hours/Week
1 Vacancy
Permanent, Full time

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Children's Ages: Over 11 years and 7 years both boys.

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate,6 months regular Child caregiver course would be an asset.
Experience: Not mandatory
Work Location Information: Work in employer's home in Abbotsford

Personal Suitability: Organized, Initiative, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Reliability
Additional Skills: Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Specific Skills: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Prepare younger child for rest periods, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Supervise and care for children, Tend to emotional well-being of children, Help older child with homework and study related work

Work Setting: Employer's home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
