Specific Skills
Coordinate departmental managers' actions and assist in the administration of personnel policies and initiatives. Assist in employee development and language training and health and safety programs, Human resource operations must be coordinated and evaluated. Coordinate training courses both inside and outside the organization, as well as assist with the hiring process. Workplace policies and procedures should be implemented. Conduct employees training and meetings to ensure that employment policies, benefits, and compensation are followed. Plan and manage the quality management process for the business.
