Permanent Position: Home Renovator (NOC 0712)

 

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

 

Wage Rate:  $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (37.50 hours per week)

 

Benefits: Relocation Expenses & Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

 

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: High School required, college diploma an asset.

 

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar industry.

 

Language: English.

Job Duties:

 

• Work with customers, and team members regarding plans and specifications.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for renovation and restoration projects.
• Plan and prepare work schedules.
• Identify the material and labor required for the work to be done.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work related operations.
• May perform other duties if required.

 

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
