Train or arrange for training,Supervise workers and projects, Dispatch drivers and monitor their routes, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Co-ordinate, dispatch drivers and schedule their routes, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods, Drive delivery vehicle , follow all run sheets as set out, to enusre accuracy with all paperworks, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Drive delivery vehicles following delivery driving routes, Load and deliver items to clients, Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly and maintain proper logs, Abide by all DOT regulations and safety standards, recommend personal actions such as hiring of new drivers.
