Child Care Giver

Surrey-based family is looking for a caregiver to look after their 7 months child (Boy) at their home situated in Surrey, BC, Canada, V3W 0P1

Job Title: Child Care Giver

Position: Permanent, Full-Time 40 hours/ week.

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) school Graduate Certification or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 to 7 months.

Wage: C$ 17/hour

Work Site Environment: Non-Smoking

Work Location: Employer’s home in Surrey, Canada, V3W 0P1

Specific Skills

• Supervise and take care of the infant.
• Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for child.
• Bathe, dress and feed infant.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home 
• Prepare infant for rest periods
• Help in light housekeeping duties. 
• Never leave the child alone unsupervised
• Perform light household duties like washing clothes of the child, making room and bed of the child.
• Make the child have a nap.
• Supervise the child at all times.
• Keep the area clean around the child when playing.
• Give age-appropriate toys and food.
• Let parents know in advance if anything is needed for the child.
