Requirements: Completion of diploma or degree in Food Service Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline or 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

• Ensure food service and quality control.

• Assign work to sub-ordinate staff, prepare and submit reports on regular basis.

• Provide regular and necessary training sessions for all food service employees in the area of food production, sanitation and oversee their work.

• Establish everyday work schedule make correct amendments if necessary and co-ordinate any change in employee's schedule.

• Monitor food production and service to assure that planned menus are followed.

• Responsible for determining staffing levels, supervision of employees, administering personnel policies, employee contact management, and employee evaluations.

• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients and maintain records of sales, wastage, stock and repair.
