Monarch Custom Plywood works to manufacture the best architectural plywood from the best natural & naturally engineered wood veneer and core materials. We manufacture Hardwood Veneer Plywood. We manufacture Doors. We have 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing, distribution, and showroom facility. We stock thousands of Hardwood Veneer Plywood Panels. We sell different brand Specialized Board Products. We service and sell the Interior Contract, Cabinetry, K&B Manufacturing, Woodworking, Renovation, Home Builder, Commercial Builder, Display, Carpentry, Infill Builder, Architectural, Interior Design, Store Fixture, Furniture, & Interior Decor Industries and Consumers. We do Hardwood Veneer Plywood Program & Project work.

 

Our company is currently looking for an Administrative Manager. The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Recommending and evaluating office protocols and procedures to improve efficiency of workflow
  • Lead the team in the delivery of exceptional administrative services by setting standards for service level, quality of work, and promoting the business needs
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff

 

Skill Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services 
  • Demonstrated and exceptional leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

Compensation:

$42-48/Hour
