Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate skill in creating, planning and executing marketing initiatives and measuring ROI.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication
- Plan, implement and track a departmental marketing budget annually
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- Develop marketing campaigns: product launches, advertisements in trade magazines, email mailers, technical bulletins, customer satisfaction surveys, promotional videos, etc
- Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives
- Responsible for event preparation, coordination of materials, and staffing.
