Assigned tasks
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
- Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
- Maintaining customer relations and ensuring consistent and repeat staffing business for the company.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Performing additional duties where needed.
Qualifications
- College/CEGEP with 1 years to less than 2 years in similar job duties
- It is necessary to be able to read, write, and speak in English.
