Juan Construction LTD. is a local renovation and design company located in Surrey, BC.


We are looking for an office administrator who will join our team and assist in the administration of our various renovation and design projects.


 


Job Title:


Office administrator (NOC 1221)


 


Job Type:


Full-time, Permanent


 


Work hours:


Minimum 30 hours per week


 


Hourly Wage:


$26.50-$27.50 (Overtime hourly wage of $39.75 - $41.25 if exceeds 40 hours per week)


 


Benefits:


10 days of paid vacation, medical benefits

Job Duties:



  • Implement day-to-day administrative procedures and set out new procedures if needed.

  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to staff in office and construction sites to ensure the deadline for projects.

  • Amend safety policies according to provincial and territorial regulations if needed.

  • Assist in consulting with clients and preparation of budgetary controls

  • Communicate with team members to ensure deadlines for projects

  • Control inventories and order supplies and equipment for office and construction sites

  • Organize and record data including contracts, invoices, payments receipts


 


Qualifications:


High school graduation


One or more years of experience related to office administration
