Job Title: Harvesting Labourer

No of Positions: 12

Wage: $15.20/Hour

Job Type:Full time, Permanent positions

Job Description:

• Perform tasks such as hand harvesting, picking, sorting, packaging mushrooms
• Loading/ unloading farm produce and supplies for transport
• Cleaning and preparing mushroom beds and working areas
• Sanitizing picking tools and working areas

Working & Physical Abilities:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work long hours with repetitive tasks
• Ability to handle heavy workloads, in which can be physically demanding
• Ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to bend, crouch, stand and kneel for long extended periods
• Ability to work at a high-level height
• Ability to work in dust, cold (refrigerated) environments

Language: No formal language requirements (Other language proficiencies are an asset and will be considered, such as Laotian, Vietnamese, Thai or Punjabi, etc.)

Education: No formal education requirement

Experience: No experience required! Selected will be provided training!
