We were taught to always respect the land and our farming practices reflect that. We are currently looking for 3 energetic and efficient Farm Workers to join our team. This is a permanent full time position reporting directly to the Farm Supervisor I Owner.

The Farm Worker is responsible for transplanting, weeding, harvesting, preparation of produce for market. The farm work varies from week to week work, and is suited to people who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable spending many hours bending down or kneeling and getting their hands dirty, enjoy working with others as part of a team, can maintain a positive attitude under adverse conditions (heat, cold, rain, mud, mosquitoes), and are motivated by the belief that growing food organically is good work. Experience is an asset but not a requirement as we are happy to train people who have a positive attitude and are keen to learn new skills.
