Shiatsu Therapist / Reflexologist / Aromatherapist

At Kiku Wellness, we offer you an oasis of peace and tranquility with Japanese style hospitality "Omotenashi". We use our own original technique. We believe in constantly seeking new and improved ways of treating our clients. Our method is a balanced hybrid of Japanese techniques, with western methods.

We are currently looking for a permanent and full-time Shiatsu Therapist / Reflexologist / Aromatherapist.

Duties:

-          Perform high quality “Shiatsu” treatments on client's body using traditional “Shiatsu” techniques for relaxation, and in order to assess and treat a variety of conditions

-          Examine client’s feet, hands and whole body for possible ‘blockages’ and problem areas

-          Apply pressure with the thumb and fingers to the client’s feet, hands and whole body to promote relaxation and better health and well-being

Skills and Experiences:

-        Completion of courses or training programs and/or completion of supervised practical training as Shiatsu Therapy / Reflexologist / Aromatherapist or in similar field.

-        Working Knowledge of Shiatsu Therapy and Reflexology or/and Aromatherapy method is mandatory

-        Several years of practical experience as a Shiatsu Therapist / Reflexologist / Aromatherapist, or related field is a strong asset

Language:

- Communication skills in English

Others:

- Good interpersonal skill

- Work well as part of an integrated team

Compensation: $30.00/hour, 4% Vacation Pay
