Front Desk Clerk

Requirements:

  • Possess a high school diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service and office administration gained from a fast-paced service or corporate environment
  • Call centre experience is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, high entrepreneurial spirit and passionate in generating revenue and income
  • Very efficient, flexible, take responsibility and initiative in supporting organizational goals and objectives
  • Quick learner who can easily obtain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Can work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • An impressive record of attendance from previous employment; extremely punctual
  • Mature disposition, self-motivated with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Typing speed of at least 40+ WPM

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

ü  Perform front desk operations

ü  Receive incoming calls and direct to the appropriate departments

ü  Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in-person

ü  Support business development and admin activities in the office

ü  Record all account transactions Account forms

ü  Monitor and track the mailing of business services’ invoices to clients

ü  Review and execute each order as per client specifications

ü  Delegate work requests and issue receipts

ü  Organize job orders by proper sorting and filing; forward tasks to appropriate team members and confirm progress to ensure timely completion

ü  Verify that all jobs and reports are proofread, accurate and finished before the set deadline

ü  Guarantee availability of office supplies and other supply through constant follow-up with the person in charge

ü  Maintain an organized manual and computerized filing and recording system

ü  Perform other related duties as required

ü  Maintain the reception/boardroom area at all times

Salary: $15/hour (training will be provided)
