Labourer- Wood Processing

Diamond Stacking Co. Ltd is urgently looking for Ten (10) Full-time, permanent Labourer- Wood Processing (NOC 9614) for their company based at #16/17, 8236 128 St, Surrey, BC- V3W 4G2

Wages: $22.50/hr. for 40 hours/week

Benefits: As per BC employment standards act + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque.

Work Location: Various Locations business based at #16/17, 8236 128 St, Surrey, BC- V3W 4G2

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of High School is required.
• Not Required, On Job training will be provided
• Basic English

Duties to be performed:

• Sorting, cutting and processing of wooden logs.

• Operate and maintain various machines and equipment’s
• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
• Load and unload dry kilns.
• Sort and stack goods
• Make labels and attach to goods;
• Pack, wrap and unwarp goods
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws and other machines
• Do the cleaning of processing machines and work areas
• Assist other workers when required.

Work Conditions:

• Able to lift and pile wood material manually.
• Combination of sitting, Standing, walking.
