Customer Service Supervisor
Assigned tasks
• Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
• Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
• Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
• Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
• Maintaining customer relations and ensuring consistent and repeat staffing business for the company.
• Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
• Performing additional duties where needed.
Qualifications
• College/CEGEP with 1 years to less than 2 years in similar job duties
• It is necessary to be able to read, write, and speak in English.
