Job Position: Computerized Information System Manager

Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week. 

Wages: $98,280 to $100,100 annually （Hr rate: $54~$55/Hr)

Job Duties:

• Provide leadership and technical insights to programmers, purchasing and logistic departments for the development and upgrade for Choy Foong International Trading Company ’s logistics management system;
• Plan, organize and implement policies and procedures for the logistics management system’s operations and maintenance;
• Constantly Analyze existing customer database and inventory database to ensure that they offer adequate security;
• Consult with team members across departments to implement systems maintenance timelines, upgrades plugins and systems specifications as needed for automation, real-time inventory tracking and information sharing throughout all related departments, in particular between the purchasing department, warehouse, and logistic department;
• Develop, implement and manage enterprise network backup/recovery strategies, physical and virtual server configurations;
• Report regularly to general manager with corresponding data analysis in the areas of accuracy, utilization, outcomes and other operational KPIs of the logistic management system and other existing systems regarding inventory movement, product data, sales, fulfillment, warehousing, and stock replenish schedules;
• Provide training and technology expertise as needed, recruit team members and report to general manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a management role with a proven track record of leading a team to success.
