Job Description

Job Duties:

Supervise the staff engaged in serving food, maintaining cleanliness of food services areas
Maintain and estimate supplies and order ingredients required for preparation of meals
Making work schedules. Train all the employees with appropriate procedures to be used while preparing meals
Keep records of amount and cost of meals served, wastage and ordered ingredients
Ensure during use of utensils and other equipments sanitary standards are met
Perform regular investigation on daily basis to maintain high food quality
May assist in planning menus and update if required
Conduct regular inspections to record staff member’s performance during food preparation and food services
Handle guest complaints and bring it to the management

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school
Completion of any program in food service administration and/ or a minimum 1- year experience in food service is required
