Position: Stucco Plasterer Helper
Salary: $21.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Various job sites in Lower Mainland area in BC as per company’s contracts with its clients
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding
Job duties:
- Perform general work to assist plasterer including carrying, supplying, or holding mixed plaster, tools and other materials required to plasterer to perform their work.
- Load, unload construction materials & equipment and move them to work areas.
- Maintain general site tidiness by removing rubble, debris and other unwanted materials from work site.
- Move the coating material from one place to another as per plasterer’s instructions.
- Take care of the equipment, pack up tools at the end of the shift, put away any unused materials, and take down bracing and scaffolding if necessary.
Job requirements:
- No experience required.
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
