Siding Installer

J N Drywall Ltd. is looking for 2 full-time “Siding Installers” to join our team. Our goal is to provide exceptional and reliable construction services to our clients.

 

Position Details:

Position: Siding Installer

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $24.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Various locations in Lower Mainland (BC) and/or as per company’s contracts with its clients.

                   

Job duties:

• Read blueprints, or work order specifications.
• Determine layout, and installation procedures.
• Erect and install scaffolding or other working platforms.
• Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime.
• Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools.
• Cuts and trims material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.

 

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in related field would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
