Motel Manager

Imperial Grand Forks Holdings Inc. is looking for a full-time Motel Manager in Grand Forks, BC

We are looking for a live-in residential Manager to manage 26 rooms.

The Manager(s) will be performing all aspect of the motel's day to day operation, including but not limited to Check- in and Check-out, hiring and firing, minor maintenance and paper works.

Experience is preferred additional training will be provided.

Free accommodation is provided and utilities are included.

Salary as per experience.

Job Qualifications:

-        Secondary school graduation is required.

-        Minimum 1 year of supervising experience is required.

-        Time management and organizational skills

-        Positive attitude

Additional Skills:

• Able to work in the combination of sitting, standing, walking depending on the work
• Must be an a team player having excellent oral and written communication, client focused
• Taking full responsibility of safety procedures while renting out.
• Knowledge of computer (Ms word & Ms Excel)
