Requirement and Skills:

• Completion of secondary school
• 3 years of related work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule workers activities
• Establish project schedules and coordinate with other teams and prepare reports
• Determine the best solution to problems, and advise measures to improve productivity
• Recommend hiring, promotions, and train or arrange training of workers
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Must ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
• Be able to handle general duties around premises
