Duties:
• Prepare menu items as specified, follow recipes and directions
• Serve correct portions and follow presentation guidelines
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Ability to multi-task: can work on several orders at once while communicating with coworkers and ensuring the quality of the product
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas; follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Supervise others on kitchen operations and food safety procedures
• Prioritize personal hygiene, guest experience and satisfaction
• Maintain inventory and records of supplies and equipment

Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• 2 years of experience in similar role
