Restaurant Manager

Papa John’s Pizza O/O by 2402309 ONTARIO INC, located at 5546 Robinson St Unit 5, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 2A8 is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to join the team.


Terms of employment: Full-Time (40 Hours/week)
Language required: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
• Follow and implement operational procedures.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff KPIs.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and offers
• Deal with customer complaints
• Follow and implement health and safety regulations.
• Train all in-house associates on new product rollouts
• Delivering extraordinary guest experience
